GET TO KNOW ME

Prior to becoming a Realtor, my husband and I partnered in a few real estate investments. I experienced first-hand the many challenges a homebuyer faces when looking for that dream home or property. I invested in several rental properties in Baltimore and Harford County which helped me gain knowledge in home values in the area. I also worked in the Hospitality and Finance industry. In my previous professions, I learned how to become customer-service oriented, accurate, detail-oriented and transparent. I learned how to adapt to different personalities and changing customer needs. I learned the importance of putting the customers' perspectives and needs far ahead of my own.

As your Realtor, I promise to be your biggest advocate. With my first-hand experience in the home buying process, I understand that real estate transactions can be very stressful. I will make sure that you understand every step involved in the process and that you have the help and guidance that you need to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. I will work tirelessly to get you your fairest price, give you sufficient real estate market information and help you be in the strongest possible negotiating position. I also speak and write Tagalog fluently.
